Automated Construction Equipment (ACE) launches the automated door and window sub-assembly station. Built for continuous, high output production, the automated station allows for the simultaneous assembly of 2 window rough openings or 2 single door openings. There are squaring plates on 2 sides of each table and electrically driven compression bars on the opposite 2 sides for perfectly square construction. Designed for maximum flexibility, the two tables are joined by adjustable and removable bars that allow worker access to all parts of the assembly and the building of frames for very large windows or double doors in panels up to 10 feet high by 15 feet wide. This quality controlled sub-assembly allows for faster main panel production and higher output. Integration of the rough openings with the panels can occur on either the main panel table or on the sheathing table.
