EasiFramer, a revolutionary
mobile / portable framing machine engineered to bring automation, speed and quality control to the construction industry. EasiFramer comes in 2 models: the portable model travels from site to site and the stationary in-plant model is designed for modular building and panelization.
Both the mobile and stationary EasiFramer models are equally capable of wood framing or light gauge steel construction.
On site, the mobile EasiFramer enables the construction professional to
build wall, floor and deck panels in minutes. Each panel is square and true, allowing any framing project to be completed in
less than half the normal time with less labor. When complete, each panel is raised from the table by pneumatically driven pop-up rollers and run out for immediate installation on the building. EasiFramer is built tough for all weather and rugged site conditions. In minutes, it becomes the production center of any project with built in air and power connections for on-site tools.
The stationary in-plant model is the heart of modern, automated panel production. Fast, accurate, structural and non-structural panel production in minutes increases productivity and reduces labor costs. Alone, or as part of a system the stationary EasiFramer is the essential
high volume framing machine.
