Automated Construction Equipment (ACE) launches the automated door and window sub-assembly station. Built for continuous, high output production, the automated station allows for the simultaneous assembly of 2 window rough openings or 2 single door openings. There are squaring plates on 2 sides of each table and electrically driven compression bars on the opposite 2 sides for perfectly square construction.

ACE builds 3 series of systems:

  • plant scale, large systems including automated conveyor delivery systems for material to multiple framing tables, transfers to sheathing tables, and transfers to automated stacking and panel delivery system. Truss framing equipment can be included on the plant scale.
  • single line, small scale system with 1 framing table, transfer to 1 or more sheathing tables and panel delivery system
  • portable, multi-function framing table which can be moved from site to site.
