Automated Construction Equipments Light Steel Framing (LSF) Systems are designed to meet and exceed the demands of today’s construction requirements while maintaining a lean manufacturing model to help improve quality while reducing overall construction costs.
The lean LSF manufacturing facility begins with the proper planning and engineering of the building components prior to fabrication on the shop floor. This is achieved using our partners software panelization program to ensure a smooth delivery of parts and components from rolling of the steel to final installation on the job site.
After the engineering stage the program then moves to the manufacturing floor where the roll former(s) will produce the assemblies required for the structure. These assemblies are checked for accuracy and then moved to the framing system assembly area.
Once the material is at the framing assembly area the panel will be laid out, checked, clamped to ensure the stud is seated into the track properly and fastened by the framing system station operators. Once this is complete the frame is then moved onto the sheathing/QC station where the panel is checked for squareness and accuracy to the accompanying drawing prior to shipment to the job site.
ACE offers a number of LSF framing systems designed to meet your requirements.
